Great Easton & Tilty Parish Council meetings will take place as usual on the last Thursday of each month at 7.30pm. Due to COVID 19 restrictions they can no longer be held ‘in person’ at the Great Easton village hall and for the immediate future we intend to conduct them online, using the Zoom platform. Advance notice of each meeting, together with an agenda will be posted on the Parish Council website, Facebook page and noticeboards by the clerk, Wendy Hall (see details below).
You can join the meeting via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87430909641. (26th November 2020)

How To Attend Meetings
Members of the public should contact the Wendy prior to each meeting in order to register their attendance and obtain the appropriate link that they can use to gain access online. It would assist the Parish Council greatly if any specific issues you would like raised in the Public Forum section can be outlined when registering, to help with formulating an agenda as well as organising meetings in a timely manner. If you are not familiar with the Zoom application, it is very easy to use, simply click on the link at the time of the meeting and you can join. Initially you will be placed in a virtual ‘waiting room’ and once the meeting commences you will be admitted. Both video and audio will be available and to help the meeting flow more easily, members of the public will be held on ‘mute’ apart from during the public forum section or if contribution is sought by the council.
The Parish Council appreciates that for various reasons using an online platform may raise technical difficulties for some in attending the meetings but in light of current circumstances this method is the best option for us to maintain regular Parish Council meetings. We ask for your patience and understanding as we adopt this new approach.

Chairman,
Great Easton & Tilty Parish Council
